Office Location
Our office is located at 6828 E. Broadway Blvd, which is on
the south side of Broadway just east of Jessica Avenue. Look for
the building with the green awning. There is plenty of parking
in the rear of our facility. Use the driveway just to the east
of the building or the access road off of Jessica.

Emergencies
Call 24 hours - 296-8549
We have limited time reserved daily so that emergency
patients may be seen quickly. If you have a dental emergency,
please call us as early in the day as possible. Your dental
health is our first concern.
Cancellation of Appointment
As a courtesy we will give you a reminder of your appointment
two days in advance. Monday's appointments will be confirmed on
Thursday. We will make every effort to contact you in person,
please provide us with a number you are confident we will be
able to reach you. We pride ourselves with staying on schedule.
When you schedule an appointment that is convenient for you
we employ staff to be here to accommodate you. When you cancel
at the last moment we still have to pay our staff for the time
set aside for you, therefore we do charge $55.00 for each hour
of a missed appointment or appointments that are cancelled
without 48 hour notice.
