Insurance
Every effort is made to keep down the cost of dental care. We are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance company. In order to help you receive the maximum benefit your insurance provides, we ask that you provide us with the required information such as subscriber name/info, insurance identification number/social security number, group number, and phone numbers. This way we may verify and help you understand your insurance benefits.
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for payment of fees to the office. Any balance remaining after 60 days is your responsibility and must be paid in full by you. After 90 days we will apply a small monthly finance charge of 1.75% for unpaid balances. Please call if you have a question about your insurance as we can answer many of your insurance questions.

We reserve the right to utilize a collections services for accounts the are identified as delinquent over 90 days.
